CRM selection and implementation
Everyone selling you a CRM already knows which one you'll pick.
We don't. We hold no reseller agreements, so the narrowing starts with your constraints rather than our margin.
How a CRM selection engagement runs
Select a step.
Our agents work out what is actually needed, not just what is being asked for. This is the conversation you can start right now.
The licence is the number on the proposal. Add what it leaves out.
Licence
The number on the proposal, and the only one most buyers compare. It is the easiest figure to negotiate and the least of what you will spend.
Proportions here are illustrative of the pattern we see in GCC deals, not a quote. An engagement produces your numbers.

Common questions about CRM selection in the UAE
How much does CRM implementation cost in the UAE?
For a 10-50 seat company, licences typically run US$25-150 per user per month depending on tier, and first-year implementation commonly costs more than the licences themselves. The range is wide because the driver is data migration and integration complexity, not seat count. We quote the whole three-year picture rather than the licence line.
Which CRM is best for a company in Dubai?
There is no single answer, and anyone who gives you one is usually selling it. Four things move the answer: what your budget buys once the requirements force a tier, what it has to integrate with, how much complexity your team will actually absorb, and whether anyone local can implement and support it. Sector-specific requirements like data residency matter in healthcare, fintech and real estate, and rarely elsewhere.
Do you resell any CRM?
No. We hold no reseller agreements, take no referral fees, and earn nothing from which system you choose. You pay us a fee, and that is our only revenue from the engagement.
Can you help if we already bought the wrong CRM?
Yes, and it is a large share of the work. Sometimes the fix is configuration and adoption rather than replacement, and we will tell you when migrating would cost more than it saves.
How long does CRM selection take?
Typically three to six weeks from discovery to a decision, depending on how many stakeholders need to agree and how fast vendors schedule demos.
How much does a CRM consultant cost in Dubai?
Independent selection work is normally a fixed fee for a defined scope rather than a day rate, because the deliverable is a decision and a plan, not hours. The fee is almost always smaller than the difference between the first quote a vendor gives you and the one you end up signing, which is the honest way to think about whether it is worth doing.
Salesforce or HubSpot for a UAE company?
HubSpot tends to suit teams who need people using it next month and value getting going over configurability. Salesforce tends to suit companies whose process is genuinely unusual, or who already run other Salesforce products. The decision usually turns on implementation capacity and three-year cost rather than features, and it is worth noting that most published comparisons of the two are written by partners who resell one of them.
Do we need a CRM at 15 people?
Often not yet, and it is a reasonable thing to hear from someone with no reseller margin at stake. At that size the question is whether deals are being lost to forgetfulness rather than to pricing or product. If they are, a CRM helps. If the real problem is that nobody has agreed what a qualified lead is, software will encode the confusion rather than remove it.
What usually goes wrong with a CRM rollout?
Adoption, in nearly every case. The system is configured for how management wants the process described rather than how the team actually sells, so the team keeps working in WhatsApp and spreadsheets and updates the CRM on Friday from memory. The data then degrades, the reports stop being trusted, and within a year the tool is a cost with a login page.
Does our CRM have to integrate with our accounting system?
Usually, and it is worth settling before you shortlist rather than after. The question is not whether an integration exists but which system owns the customer record, because two systems both writing the same field will eventually disagree. Where a native connector does not exist, budget for the integration properly rather than treating it as configuration.
Your shortlist depends on things this page cannot know. That is the conversation.
